Meet Jared Fracker
Jared Fracker is a skilled Sales and Leadership Coach with a passion for entrepreneurship and a proven track record of building successful businesses, starting with his first business built while attending Cleveland State University. Jared’s entrepreneurial spirit and hard work paid off, as he launched the business with no start-up capital through door-to-door marketing on Lake Erie’s shore in February to acquire his first 100 customers. The business continued to grow rapidly from there.

Now, as a Sales and Leadership Coach, Jared is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals and develop the skills they need to succeed. He understands the challenges that business owners and leaders face and is passionate about helping them overcome obstacles and achieve success. Jared’s coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that hard work, dedication, and a growth mindset paired with an impactful mentor are the keys to success.
When Jared isn’t working, he’s often taking on life with his significant other Cassidy, playing his guitar, listening to audiobooks, or challenging himself with a tough video game. One of Jared’s most treasured hobbies, however, is taking his dog Lily on long walks and adventures. He’ll often spend his weekends with Lily and Cassidy, exploring new trails and parks, taking in the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. Jared believes that these moments of relaxation and rejuvenation are just as important as his work, and he strives to bring a sense of balance and joy to every aspect of his life.
He’s also passionate about serving the community, attending church on Sunday, connecting with friends and loved ones, and he believes that strong relationships are essential to a fulfilling life. Whether it’s business, hobbies, or relationships, Jared brings the same level of passion and dedication that he brings to his coaching practice.
