As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Eddy has over a decade of leadership experience. His passion lies in building teams, creating systems, and driving performance through engagement. With coaching, he works to clarify his clients’ goals and needs, then help them to build the plan they need to achieve these outcomes successfully. He loves being in sales because every day there are more opportunities for creating growth and developing connections through relationships.

Eddy graduated from Walden University with a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in project management and holds a Master’s in Business Administration with concentrations in project management and marketing. He has been a small business owner, corporate trainer, and coach, all while strengthening his own knowledge base. He uses this academic knowledge along with practical experience to derive real solutions for his clients.

Eddy has been married to his wife for more than 10 years and they have two young children. In his spare time, Eddy enjoys spending time with his family doing outdoor activities and helping his children prepare to achieve their goals.
