Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has 10 years of teaching experience and over 20 years of sales experience. After working as a teacher, she went into pharmaceutical sales—first in oncology sales and then in B2B sales. She led a team for over two years and received several awards for her sales accomplishments.  

Dana has been around sales and small business her entire life. Her parents were true entrepreneurs who owned multiple businesses. Dana and her husband have continued this legacy. They own two small businesses. Dana has been working closely with one of the enterprises and has successfully grown it, even during the COVID-19 lockdown challenges of 2020. Dana has managed, mentored, on-boarded, and developed people for over 20 years.  

Dana is a mother and grandmother, and even in her free time, she strives to help others. Her passion is to serve and nurture people, enabling them to reach their full potential.
