
About Brandon
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach, Brandon Richardson is passionate about affecting positive change in the world by helping people meet their goals and reach their full, God-given potential. Prior to his arrival at Southwestern Consulting, Brandon was a consistent top producer in the insurance industry where he led a sales team that ranked 2nd out of 461 agencies in paid/in force volume and 6th in paid/in force policies. While leading a successful sales team, Brandon also ranked in the top 1% in personal production within his company.
Brandon attributes much of his success to his time being coached by Southwestern Consulting. Today, he enjoys implementing the same principles and strategies with his clients that have proven to be so vital in his own career. Brandon strives to impact people on a personal level while assisting them in the crafting and realization of their greatest aspirations.
When he isn’t helping sales professionals obtain success, Brandon prefers to spend his time with his high school sweetheart and their three children as they travel the world together. Some of Brandon’s favorite places to take his family are Colorado during archery/elk season, trout fishing on the White River in Arkansas, and Waco, Texas, to cheer on his beloved Baylor Bears. Brandon finds he is most in his element while spending time in the great outdoors with the people he loves.
