About Agnes
Agnes is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting. Some of her key accomplishments include:
- Member of the President’s Club at Southwestern Advantage (represents the top 1% of the company’s 250,000 employees throughout history)
- Receiving the Double Diamond Growth Award for growing at least $15,000 in personal sales compared to the previous year (awarded five times during her career)
- Being one of the top SWA Team Leaders in Europe (#4) and top base-builder in the world, almost doubling her whole sales organization production from one year to another.
Agnes is a chemist by education, but has worked in sales, recruiting, and leadership since the age of 20. She started her sales and leadership career in Southwestern Advantage while in college. While at Southwestern Advantage, Agnes sold educational books door-to-door for nine summers on straight commission, doing over 20,000 cold calls, covering 11 different states in USA and in Canada, and working 80 hours per week for 12-15 weeks straight.
Agnes served as an Associate Sales Leader at Southwestern Advantage for five years. She led one of the best SWA teams in Europe (#4) and in the world (#18). Many among her team were top rookies and top producers who doubled and even quadrupled their results over the years. In addition, Agnes recruited abroad and helped build the Southwestern Advantage Slovakian division. Her personal sales organization team made over $700 000 in revenue in three months.
As a Southwestern Sales and Leadership Coach, Agnes is passionate about growth and continual learning. Her strengths are bringing out the best in people and helping others to achieve their goals. She believes in hard work, taking responsibility for your results but at the same time keeping it fun and exciting.
Agnes currently lives in Tallinn, Estonia. In her spare time, she loves reading and sports. She also holds a brown belt in karate and has completed multiple cross-country skiing marathons.
