As as professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Aaron is a goal-oriented sales and prospecting professional, passionate about serving people and helping them reach their goals. Prior to becoming a coach, Aaron began his sales career with Southwestern Advantage, selling educational books and software door-to-door across four different states. He became the highest-increasing producer in his group and field-trained 20 of his peers. He spent his final year leading an organization of 17 students.

- Creating a sales strategy for multiple B2B ventures, acquiring 100+ customer accounts, and generating $100k+ in annual revenue.
- Leading sales campaigns, and reaching more than 100 decision-makers within four months.
Aaron is especially skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership. He has led the development of new business ventures for Fortune 500 companies such as Cintas and Ace Hardware. He also assisted with the launch of small businesses in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Each of these enterprises supports ongoing orphan care work in Haiti, India, Mexico, and Nigeria.
Aaron is a devoted husband, father of three, and student of sales. He spends his days serving other sales professionals, raising his kids with his wife, shattering his CrossFit goals, and golfing as often as possible.
