Sales and Leadership Coach
Southwestern Consulting (SWC) is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Leadership Coach to join our dynamic team. Your primary role would be as a salesperson first; being a practitioner in the art of business and sales is what sets SWC apart. Your secondary role would be as a coach – delivering one-on-one coaching and accountability to clients.
This is a do-whatever-it-takes kind of career in which you have a passion for building your business with and within SWC. We want people who confront a problem head-on and who will figure it out as they go. We will give you proven scripts, the systems to use, and the schedule to run with, and you are responsible for executing.
You will be prospecting and calling on sales leaders to conduct client workshops. You will also be coaching clients in areas such as vision, goal setting, time management, sales skills, and leadership.
Skills & Requirements
- 7+ years of proven sales excellence.
- Desire and ability to work 8-9 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to sell.
- Ability to work and thrive in a 1099 environment.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of three weeks each year to company headquarters in Nashville, TN.
- Designated, uninterrupted workspace.
- Willingness to share for feedback and improvement any parts of the sales cycle.
- Ability to learn and implement all necessary skills in using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce).
- Sets goals and acts to conquer them.
- Believes in having fun!
- Is always learning and growing.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong one-on-one communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must understand new technology and how to use it in your business, including but not limited to social media, business tools, and mobile apps, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, LinkedIn, and Outlook.
