As a Partner, Team Leader, and Professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Jenny began working with Southwestern in 2010. She has conducted over 500 one-on-one interviews and recruited over 100 people, which has earned her the Platinum status of the Spencer Hays Award—the highest award in recruiting a person can earn at Southwestern. Jenny was the 2019 number 1 top producer in the company, and top producer every year for the last decade. She has personally selected, trained, and motivated salespeople to do the same year after year and that has earned her the Team leader of the year twice.

Some of Jenny’s key accomplishments include:

• Grew an organization’s retail sales from $0 to $1.4 million in two years. 
• Personally recruited, trained, managed, and motivated 500 salespeople to sell effectively in a direct sales environment—including the #7, #10, #12, #15, and #40 teams in the world at Southwestern Advantage (out of over 1,000 teams). 
• Platinum Certification in Sales and Recruiting (the highest level awarded for selling and recruiting). 

Jenny’s passion is helping others hit their goals and break their belief barriers. Her favorite quote is: “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I’M POSSIBLE!”

Jenny and her husband Brent enjoy running half marathons, and she is on pace to accomplish running every state before the age of 40. They live in Plymouth, MN with their three kids – Jack, Elle, and Hudson. She enjoys traveling the world with her family and considers herself a wine connoisseur!
