Ugne began her sales career at Southwestern Advantage as a second-year student at Vytautas Magnus University. Four summers in a row, she relocated to U.S. to sell educational books and software door-to-door. During this time, Ugne cultivated the key sales principles of self-discipline, goal setting, positive attitude, and problem solving. She finished her first year as the #1 salesperson in Lithuania and continued to grow in the years following, winning the growth award.
She then moved into the human resources field, where Ugne helped companies implement change management principles, operational efficiency projects, and HR activities and processes that helped elevate budgets and increased the employee satisfaction index.
Ugne has also consulted with managers and teams to deliver best-practice employee training programs. As a result, these companies have effectively strengthened their management and leadership competencies, which significantly influenced the companies’ cultures and employers’ branding.
Throughout her multifaceted career, Ugne has built a strong sense of emotional intelligence, active listening, and communication skills. These help her to approach coaching with a collaborative attitude and strong sense of ownership.
