As a Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Tina helps business professionals define their long-term and short-term business goals, while supporting sales executives in their strategy for business growth. She helps clients by sharing actionable feedback, personalized strategies, necessary accountability, and identifying the systems and processes needed to increase revenue and accelerate career goals. Having started a business herself, Tina understands how difficult it can be to juggle multiple facets of a business while trying to maintain overall vision.
Prior to running her own business, which she started in 2016, Tina spent 20+ years as a business development manager at a Fortune 500 software development company. During her tenure there, she acquired a wealth of experience managing a business development team, building relationships across multiple product and service divisions, creating and implementing pipeline development processes, and presenting at regional sales meetings. In December of 2021, she completed her doctorate in Psychology at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She also has a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Tina and her husband live in sunny Florida where they enjoy discovering new restaurants and all the fun activities Florida has to offer. Her passions in life are her faith, family, her fur boys, spending as much time outdoors as possible, riding her bike along the Pinellas Trail, and reading a good book on the beach.
