About Rebecca
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Rebecca is passionate about helping other people master their productivity and reach the highest possible level of accomplishment.
Rebecca began her own career with Southwestern Advantage during college. She sold books door to door for six summers, becoming the #1 salesperson and top producer. This is where she learned the value of setting goals, developing good work habits, and finding ways to succeed.
Southwestern has taught Rebecca how to live a productive life. As a sales producer, Rebecca always ranked in the top 1% in personal sales production, even as a manager. She has 14 years of experience running a small business, with expertise in sales, recruiting, and leadership.
Rebecca is an artist who worked for over a decade as a print stylist for Guilford Mills—a Fortune 500 company. She ran her husband’s computer business while building her own fine art company, selling to Banana Republic, St. Regis hotels, and other enterprises.

Rebecca has been an invaluable help, if for no other reason than she’s helped turned my thinking and activity in a better direction; I believe she’s helped me identify and act on a few key aspects of my practice that are making a positive difference. With regard to milestones, my time management has improved and specifically, I’m regularly meeting with clients (4-5) and prospects (2-3) each week. I’m off to a slower start with regard to LAD (life insurance, annuity & disability income insurance) sales than I planned, but I’m confident that the focus on “prospecting” with both current clients and new prospects is on the verge of correcting this.

I went into the program thinking it would just be a refresher on how to increase sales. I have done sales for many years, so my primary reason for signing up was to have an accountability partner. In addition to the accountability – which is a HUGE benefit – I learned a lot of new things, not only about sales, but about myself. In business, we always tend to look at production, but this program helped me create a vision of what I want my whole life to look like. The time management tools I learned have helped me figure out how to be a great producer and still live a life that is very fulfilling.
My coach, Rebecca, constantly pointed out my strengths and reminded me that it’s okay to not be perfect…As a result, I’ve learned that my strength is actually in leading people and this has opened the door for a path to sales management that I was not even considering a year ago.

Rebecca is phenomenal. With her help I was able to accomplish a major professional goal within 12 months, which previously might have taken me several years. She has helped me to prioritize, prepare, and put myself in a position to be as successful as possible. Working with her has been an investment in myself, and one that by my math has paid for itself several times over already. If you’re the type of person that believes in investing in yourself, and you’re serious about achieving your goals, then I enthusiastically endorse the work that she does.

I had a very large sales goal to attain by the end of the year and that became my coach and I’s top focus. Using Southwestern Coaching tools and one-on-one accountability, we met that goal. The proof is in the numbers as most skeptics always say. September 2021 was my best sales month in my career! I have also hit my sales growth bonus 3 out of the last four months.
- Revenue YOY up 11.9%
- Premium YOY up 5.5%
- New Business Production up 20.7%
- Retention is up to 88.81%
Most salespeople know they need to invest in their sales improvement/training. In my opinion partnering with Southwestern Coaching is a no-brainer, win-win opportunity.
