Meet Ramune Petrulyte
Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Ramune studied in various art schools, specializing in interior decoration and fashion design, before committing to the sales field. She has always considered herself strong in communicating with people, making sales a natural path for her. Ramune’s first job was in sales, and she has been in this field for nearly 20 years now.
She is no stranger to training and coaching; during the last nine years before working with Southwestern Consulting, she led a sales team within a training company. Throughout her time in leadership, she achieved impressive results with an average annual sales growth of 30%.
Working with people in the field of education has shown Ramune the significant impact that a coach can have on career results and quality of life. Big changes don’t happen overnight. Her motto, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” is what led her to the Southwestern Consulting team.
Beyond work, she is a determined runner who enjoys nature, freedom, and challenges. Long-distance running reminds Ramune that no matter how difficult the process may be, everything is ultimately crowned with a hard-won victory over oneself.
