As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Matt has 22 years of experience in financial sales and sales management as well as six years of experience as a fixed income trader and officer of a major international financial institution. He believes in helping others achieve their sales goals by being honest and ethical. He values long-term relationships with companies and their employees, and he thrives on helping businesses grow.
Matt has extensive knowledge of the enterprise sales process as it relates to software solutions for the financial services community. This expertise has enabled him and his team members to consistently meet and exceed yearly revenue projections. Matt led his lending team in loan origination for three years, accounting for over $2 million per year. He has also been a Top 10% Producer and achieved Presidents Club and 100% Club status throughout his sales career.

- Managing a $30 billion business book for the 4th largest global investment bank worldwide
- Closing a five-year, $15 million software contract with Citigroup
- Developing and running a start-up sales team for a new division of European Life Science Company
Matt currently lives on Long Island, where he and his lovely wife raised two daughters. He enjoys sailing, watching Lacrosse games, spending days at the beach, and visiting his children in Texas and Missouri.
