About Malcha
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Malcha enjoys helping her clients overcome obstacles and create the life they’ve always wanted.
Malcha’s sales career began with Southwestern Advantage while in college. She sold educational materials and books for eight years. During that time, she transitioned from salesperson to corporate recruiter while relocating to eight different cities, knocking on over 40,000 doors, working on straight commission, and recruiting a team.
Malcha finished in the Top 1% of salespeople each year and was the Growth Award Winner numerous times. Her success allowed her to sell, recruit, and manage teams while paying her way through school.
While at SWA, she received Platinum Certification in Sales and Recruiting (the highest level awarded for selling and recruiting) and was in the Top 2% of more than 2,000 first-year salespeople.
In her spare time, Malcha has a passion for social work. She spends lots of time giving back to the community and is convicted about having an abundance mentality—that is, believing that anything you desire can be achieved. Thanks to her love for international travel, Malcha has developed leaders all over the world with organizations such as La Cambalacha in Guatemala.
Malcha also developed a social project in the Bay Islands of Honduras. Combining her experience as a corporate recruiter and rigorous training in emotional intelligence, Malcha is effective at addressing the cause and symptoms of pitfalls with everyone she coaches.
Malcha currently lives in Israel and works with clients in Israel and the United States. She helps expand the company’s vision of elevating the practice and perception of sales worldwide.
Malcha makes sure that I’m hitting deadlines…She checks that I’m reviewing my successes and addressing my failures. Coaching also helps to put things into perspective…
