Meet Kristopher Rodriguez
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Kris is passionate and dedicated to helping his clients achieve their true potential in all areas of life and overcome limiting beliefs. Prior to coaching, Kris was a top producing salesperson and manager in several industries such as insurance, solar, and corporate sales for 17 years.
Through his years as a top sales producer and experience as a top-ranked sales manager, Kris has earned multiple awards for his personal sales, his ability to drive team sales, and by achieving top producing results year over year.
Kris went to Purdue University and has his degree in construction management with a focus on business consulting and financials. He constantly furthers his learning by attending seminars and reading books on consumer psychology, sales leadership, project management, financial literacy, and emotional intelligence. Kris also serves as a member of his local chamber of commerce and is a coach to the local youth sports leagues.
As an energetic yet relaxed sales and leadership coach, Kris believes in his clients and helps them visualize their potential. It’s important to him they see the unlimited possibilities where their fears tend to reside. He helps his clients find a way despite the obstacles and to achieve absolutely anything they want in life.
Kris currently resides in Belvidere, IL; his hobbies include tennis, baseball, running, reading, and a whole lot of gardening. He enjoys what he describes is a spectacular life together with his fiancé, Aly, their three children Violit, Henry, and Paislee, their three dogs Sadie, Severus, and Minnie, and their big ol’ cat, Moose.
