As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Khristina has more than 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. As a coach, she strives to help others thrive and grow in their respective industries and reach higher than they thought possible.

As a top producer, Khristina was awarded the #10 Realtor in the San Antonio area with many years of experience as a team lead and top realtor. She also worked in direct-sales for Mary Kay, where she was honored to be the #3 Sales Director in her National Area for five years straight, leading more than 100 sales representatives. She was awarded multiple vehicles during her Mary Kay directorship as a result of her top performance.

Outside of coaching, Khristina is a proud mother of three children that keep her busy on the weekends at multiple school and sporting events. She is very active in her community and volunteers her time helping non-profit organizations raise funds for their cause. These organizations range from youth sports teams to the local VFW.

Khristina lived overseas in Okinawa, Japan for her middle school and high school years, before attending Southwest Texas State University. She currently resides in Lakeway, TX with her husband, who is a Marine Veteran.

Khristina loves watching her son play football at Angelo State University and her two daughters play soccer at Lake Travis High School. In her spare time, she likes to work out and bowl in her local bowling league.
