As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Juan has extensive experience in both B2B and consultative sales, landing large multi-million contracts in international markets, as well as delivering one-on-one consulting interventions with business leaders.

With an MBA and fluency in both English and Spanish, Juan spent much of his career helping companies and individuals grow and exceed their goals. Now, as an SWC coach serving clients in both the U.S. and Latin America, Juan continues to expand into new territories, expertly helping clients maneuver distinct business environments and cultures.

A constant student of the game, Juan makes it a point to continuously look for new ways to learn, grow, and improve. In one of his favorite bi-annual events, Juan meets with likeminded people from around the world to study and discuss current events and trends, anticipating what lies ahead in our society, our economy, our development, and our politics.

As the father of two impressive young adults who live abroad, he faces the joyful dishonor of never being the smartest person in the room. When he’s not visiting his son and daughter in Europe, Juan currently splits time between Mexico and the U.S.
