Meet Jon Walters
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Jon believes in the power of compounding and has a strong passion to help people chase their potential in an unending pursuit of perfection. Jon’s mission is to help people realize that potential and commit to daily activities that align with their goals.
Jon’s coaching philosophy is centered around the idea that small, consistent habits and behaviors have the biggest impact on your success. He works with his clients to develop daily routines that will help them stay focused, motivated, and productive. By helping his clients establish and commit to their routine, Jon empowers them to take ownership of their personal and professional growth and strive for more.
A graduate of Millikin University, Jon studied marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. While in college, he was a decorated baseball player, earning national recognition and collecting a list of school records. He was also a board member on the student athlete advisory committee, where he helped other athletes navigate the challenges of balancing academics and athletics.
After graduation, Jon began his career in medical device sales, where he quickly established himself as a Top Producer in his company. He has cold-called over 5,000 prospects, conducted hundreds of product demonstrations, and has helped countless doctors add multiple six-figures in revenue to their practice annually.
Now, as a Sales and Leadership Coach, Jon brings his experience and knowledge to his clients. He is skilled at identifying areas for improvement and providing practical strategies to help individuals and teams excel. His approach is personalized and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Jon is committed to helping his clients achieve their highest potential.
Jon’s wife, Annie, is a realtor with Southwestern Real Estate. The two live in Gallatin, TN with their dog, Milli. He loves going out for an evening walk with them, cooking on his griddle, and teeing it up for 18 holes.
