Ieva began her professional career in the Republic of Ireland. Prior to coaching, she successfully managed fashion and department stores with over 50 employees and annual revenue of more than $200 million. Ieva has worked in sales, management, recruitment and training for Canadian Selfridges, Irish Heatons, and German Aldi groups.
Before joining Southwestern Coaching, Ieva became a certified life coach with award-winning coaching school Erickson International. Since then, she has coached and inspired hundreds of business professionals, helping them to clarify their business vision, increase sales, overcome call reluctance, develop a clear plan to move business forward, and improve personal life quality. Upon moving to Italy in 2011, Ieva opened and still co-manages Chiropractic Clinic in Turin, north Italy with her husband.
Ieva is a member of a Give and Take organization promoting collaboration, culture, and teamwork. She is s speaker and motivator working with young entrepreneurs in several non-profit organizations, as well as her alma mater alumni association.
Outside of coaching, Ieva is passionate about circular economy and community work. She is a keen skier, reader, and spends most of her holidays travelling the world far and wide with her husband and two incredible boys.
