Meet Holly Hawkins
Professional Sales & Leadership Coach Holly attended the University of California – Sacramento and majored in business and interpersonal communication. For most of her career, Holly worked for three of the top global telecommunications companies selling cutting edge technical solutions to Fortune 500 companies, as well as for the federal government. Holly has been in sales for over 20 years and has achieved various awards, including a seven-time Presidents Circle award, which is awarded to the Top 1% of Sales Executives within the company.
Holly has always been a go-getter and has had ventures outside of her corporate career. She owns multiple residential real estate properties and has participated in more than 20 residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Holly bought, built, and sold a successful franchise renting office suite to new entrepreneurs. She also coached and mentored them in establishing their business, as well as marketing and growing to achieve their goals.
For many years, Holly has had a personal interest in health and wellness, and after mentoring many family members and friends, she decided to turn that hobby into a business and become a health coach. Holly helped countless women implement healthy habits in their lives, stay accountable, and succeed. Holly is certified by Take Shape for Life in partnership with the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education and M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of nursing at Villanova University, as well as the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Holly joined many organizations supporting her interests both inside and outside of her career. She has been a member of Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association, Navy League, Marine Corp Association and Foundation, Wounded Warriors, San Diego Military Advisory Council, Women in Technology International, Girl Scout Leaders of America, and Fellowship Church Dream Team.
The over-arching theme that ties all of Holly’s experiences together is “helping.” Holly is solution oriented, operates with integrity, and builds genuine connections with people.
Holly is a fifth generation native of the San Francisco Bay area in California, and also lived for 20 years in San Diego. Holly has two beautiful young adult daughters and spending time with them is her favorite thing to do. They love all things outdoors, especially hiking, camping, hanging out by the pool, and going to the beach together. Holly’s life motto is “trust the process,” as she has learned that life happens through you, not to you, and every experience is a step towards obtaining your goals and the life you desire.
