In the pharmaceutical industry, he developed a parametric design system for Steris Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of water distillers and autoclaves, which decreased design time by 5-10 times.
In community planning, he was responsible for the modernization and enhancement of technology solutions in the 14 cities where Ramboll operates in Finland. As a result, based on an analysis by Gartner, Ramboll was 50% more efficient and 50% cheaper in Finland than in the other Nordic countries.
In the media business, he was responsible for the development of digital transformation in the Sanoma Group when digital business such as online TV and video-on-demand services were grown alongside traditional media. The annual growth of the hosting business was 130%, with a significant margin.
Regarding information technology, Henrik has also worked for years on the supplier’s side developing innovative services to automate customer infrastructure and business services.
Henrik lives in Helsinki, Finland. His hobbies include renovating an authentic Finnish 1890’s farm which he uses as his summer place. He also enjoys oil painting, drawing, and other arts. Not to mention that he is a passionate salsa dancer!
