As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Egi has more than 25 years of sales experience, primarily within the advertising and recruitment marketing industries. She has led many sales teams in different verticals, from regional to national territories.  

With a focus on small- to medium-sized businesses, Egi has a diverse background working with clients in a variety of industries and sectors. Under her guidance, her top-producing teams have routinely driven multi-million-dollar annual sales revenues. She attributes this success to one-on-one personal development and the mentorship that she pours into her team members.  

As many colleagues and friends were routinely reaching out to her for career advice and guidance, Egi discovered a calling to help others polish their talents and refine their skills. She decided to formalize her passion and talent for professional development and established her own career coaching service. Today, she focuses on creating concrete and tangible action plans for her clients that help them develop their own pathways to success. Egi excitedly admits that her greatest achievements are when her clients reach their personal goals.  

A native and resident of South Carolina, Egi graduated from Francis Marion University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. She also has a master’s degree in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.  

In her spare time, Egi is extremely active with both her undergraduate alumni association and her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho, holding executive leadership roles in each organization. At her core, Egi’s passion is providing the guidance and mentorship that others need to realize their full potential.
