Meet Doug Hamm
Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Doug has over thirty years of experience and knowledge in sales and leadership. He began his career in the insurance and financial services industry immediately after graduating from Oklahoma State University with his Bachelor of Science in Business & Hotel Management.
He then earned his Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Southern Nazarene University. In executive management positions, Doug’s talent for growing insurance companies such as New York Life and GE Financial Advisors has not gone unnoticed. Still, his devotion is helping others achieve their goals and become their best.
With his instant likeability and unique brand of humor, clients enjoy the coaching process as Doug helps them define their goals and achieve more while overcoming challenges and earning success. Doug is passionate about South Asia and splits his time coaching, speaking, and training between the United States and South Asia.
Doug is a visionary thinker, an organization builder, and a lifelong student of becoming the best person possible. He is a huge college sports fan and remains loyal to his OSU Cowboys. Doug also enjoys travel, aviation and reading.
