As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Courtney has more than 15 years of experience in coaching, education, and sales leadership. She holds a master’s degree in adult and continuing education from Carroll University, and her true passion is helping others to see what is possible and assisting clients in their journey to become their best.

Courtney is a life-long learner and is constantly working on personal growth and development to best serve her clients. She is a highly regarded professional who quickly worked her way up into leadership positions, eventually leading a team of sales representatives throughout the state of Wisconsin. Growing up playing sports and being a two-sport collegiate athlete helped not only shape Courtney’s competitive spirit, but also her ability to work as a team and connect with people.

Courtney also served as a law enforcement officer, giving her the unique perspective of working with a diverse group of people and assisting them through intense and difficult situations. She uses this experience to coach clients through their own challenging professional and personal transitions into becoming better leaders.

In her free time, Courtney loves to spend time with her family and two rescue dogs. She also enjoys doing any outdoor activity; you’ll often find her competing in triathlons, running races or biking through the trails.
