About Caroline
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Caroline has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and discover what’s possible for their lives. She believes in creating a positive work environment that relies on being consistent, eliminating excuses, being a student of the game, and mastering a schedule. Some of her key accomplishments include:
- Top producer and President’s Club recipient, achieving year-over-year sales growth
- Experience working in project management for the telecommunications industry
- Top performer in multiple roles with 10 years of sales experience
Caroline has recruited and led over 50 salespeople to succeed effectively and ethically in a direct sales environment. She has received several awards over the course of her career, including the Circle of Excellence for personal sales, Top 10 in Recruiting and Team-Building, and Top 10 in Team Sales for team leaders.
Caroline is married to her husband, CJ. They have three huskies. In her free time, Caroline likes to teach fitness classes, travel, and watch Seattle Seahawks football.
