Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Buddy began his sales career in 1991 and has been mastering his craft for over three decades. He is passionate about sharing what he’s learned with others, which drives his passion for coaching.

Since 1998, Buddy built and coached his mortgage team to great success. He became a branch manager and a coach to each producer in his branch, investing in every individual to help them realize and maximize their potential. He has a positive attitude, a stellar work ethic, and loves the opportunity to teach people what he has learned since he first began. He believes in modeling the practices that lead to success and holds himself to a high standard.

Buddy married his wife Shawn in 1991 and they have two wonderful daughters. For fun, he loves to travel with his wife, play golf weekly with friends, practice guitar, ski, run a podcast, read, learn, and spend time with his family!
