Prior to becoming an SWC Coach, Andy got his start in sales to help pay his way through college. He sold books door to door with Southwestern Advantage’s college program, where he became a member of the President’s Club—a prestigious award recognizing the top 1% of 2,000+ sales professionals in the company.
Andy has cold-called more than 20,000 prospects during his sales career and has managed 75+ salespeople. He has refined his craft into a duplicatable process with service at the heart of everything he does. His coaching clients have seen massive sales growth, with many of them reporting strong double-digit increases year-over-year.
As a father, husband, and leader, Andy knows that it’s not just sales results that make a healthy career. It’s finding time to be present for what matters most in life. For Andy, that’s quality time with his wife, Brooke, their son, Sage, and their two dogs, Otto and Vera.
Some of Andy’s hobbies include playing bass and guitar in two bands. He also likes to flex his Canadian roots as a hockey player. Andy lives by his favorite quote from Lao Tzu: “If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are depressed, you are living in the past.
