As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Anda’s experience is a unique blend of 27 years in sales, leadership, coaching, and public speaking. She has helped thousands of people exceed their goals and become the best versions of themselves through individual coaching, team building, and group training.  

Anda has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. She is an experienced sales leader and producer in consultative sales, needs assessment, and selling with a purpose. Some of Anda’s professional accomplishments prior to coaching include: 

• Former Senior Regional Sales Manager, Eastern US, in the network marketing industry 

• Founder and former President of the ASAPBN Professional Networking Group, Phoenix, AZ 

• Life and Health Insurance Licensed Agent for 10 years 

 Anda lives in Queen Creek, Arizona, with her husband, daughter, and son. She is a proud soccer mom and wife who enjoys cheering for her kids from the sidelines. She is passionate about her family, her dog, and helping others live their best lives. She is driven to ensure others are empowered to reach their highest potential, both personally and professionally.
