He has been a consistent top producer with expertise in lead generation, prospecting, solution selling to top executives, and the art of follow-up. Oscar has lead multimillion dollar sales organizations across more than a dozen countries. His skills have propelled his professional career and given him the ability to help others do the same. As a coach, he has a relentless commitment to empower his clients to embrace the difficult, improve their processes, and blaze their own path to success.

Holding a degree in business from the University of Florida, Oscar’s professional journey began in marketing and sales. Once Oscar came to embrace his propensity for recruiting and sales, he fully committed and never looked back. Learning early on to commit to the difficult, his principles would promote him through opportunities as sales director, district manager, and vice president of sales & marketing.

Always striving to achieve and contribute, he campaigned and was elected as city commissioner of his hometown, just a year after creating the KBCEF – a nonprofit dedicated to creating educational enrichment programming for grade school children. His non-profit has donated over $30,000 in its first operational year and has now expanded and is on track to donating more than $60,000 to two schools in his local municipality.

He has spoken, coached, and trained people all over the country and abroad. Oscar lives in South Florida and is the proud father of Maya and Sienna and the lucky husband to Joanne. He loves spending time hanging out with his family. An avid health and fitness enthusiast, he enjoys running, tennis, participating in several water sports, and coaching his daughters’ softball team.
