As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach, John carries an impressive professional history in sales, coaching, and leadership. Throughout his career, he has consistently ranked in the top 1% in production. John’s experience ranges from telecom to the travel industries. He developed a successful web-based startup travel business. He has extensive experience in multiple sales processes ranging from one-on-one transactions, short-term sales, online sales, and marketing, and has secured nearly $2mm in long-term government contract sales. He also served over two decades as a coach with the Special Forces.

An avid entrepreneur, professional athlete, pastor, and veteran of the United States Army, John Renken is a proven leader. The 6-time MMA World Champion and Army Ranger is well recognized for his integrity, intensity, and innate optimism. Throughout his life, John has always embraced sales and leadership opportunities with open arms. He has devoted his life to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and helping others grow and succeed. 

John has accomplished many accolades and achievements over the years. His most notable is being awarded Kentucky Colonel, one of the highest civilian awards. He has also been featured on Fox and Friends, The Megan Kelly Show, Nightline, HDT, The Daily Show, The New York Times, and two award-winning documentaries. Professionally, John draws on all these experiences to help people succeed in sales, leadership, and in developing an unstoppable mindset. 

In his spare time, John enjoys traversing the globe with his children and embarking on new adventures like kayaking, bicycling, and skydiving. Passionate about serving others, in 2008, he established Restoring the Warriors Heart for veterans. As someone who is always looking for new ways to push himself to greater heights, he recently completed the climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro. However, his proudest accomplishment is being a single father to his four children: Samuel, Aidan, Eleasa, and Collin.
