Victoria Buckmann has had more than 30 years of personal sales success, both in corporate America and as a business owner. For more than a decade, she ranked in the top 1% of sales with a Fortune 100 company, achieving 1000% of her sales quota month after month, year after year. Having been ranked #1 nationwide, she received Pinnacle Awards, Million Dollar Club Awards and President Club Awards for 13 years.

Victoria says that sales “runs through her blood,” and has always loved creating long-lasting relationships with her clients. For the last several years, Victoria has run and managed her own coaching and sales training business, focusing on empowering women and helping others achieve financial freedom. As an SWC Sales and Leadership Coach, she enjoys helping her team members and clients exceed their goals and step into their full potential.

Victoria loves people and celebrates when they realize their genius and expand into their own magnificence. She believes that sales = service, and serving her clients is what she does best. She enjoys seeing people uncover, embrace and celebrate parts of themselves that they didn’t even know existed. Victoria has been described as energetic and transformational in her approach. Victoria was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. Besides sales, business, and her clients, she also loves music, dancing and socializing. She spends time reading, gardening, and creating one-of-a-kind garments. A native of California, she loves the beach and especially adores time with her family, including her three grandsons.
