As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Rob began the first nine years of his sales career through Southwestern Advantage’s sales and leadership program.  While at SWA, he was a top first-year producer and a top experienced producer year after year.  Since then, Rob has been a key producer for Globe Life Family Heritage, where he is currently ranked as the #7 all-time producer and was nicknamed “The Referral King.” 

Rob currently lives in Rogers, Arkansas. He has a passion for helping people both in sales and life by sharing all that God has taught him through his own experiences or books that he has read. In his spare time, Rob and his family are very active in their local church. As a Southwestern Coach, he is passionate about helping his clients reach higher than they thought possible and be able to live their dreams daily.
