In turn, this provides greater sales and productivity, higher profits, and lower turnover for the companies and organizations they serve.

His favorite quote comes from Jim Rohn and was transformational in his life, “Your personal philosophy is the greatest determining factor in how your life works out.” Upon reflecting on this quote, Ricky realized that his personal philosophy is that everything happens for a reason.
He helps anyone he works with who cannot subscribe to this philosophy understand that all they need to do is eliminate the last three words, leaving just, “Everything happens.” At that point, life becomes 10% what happens and 90% how you respond to it.
Ricky lives in Thousand Oaks with his wife, Jenna, and their two children, Emma and Jack.
