Paul is a passionate and compassionate professional whose diverse background has taken him through many roles in his career. As a professional Sales and Leadership coach for Southwestern Consulting, his previous roles as a sales professional, trainer, consultant, and business owner have allowed him to see the corporate world from multiple perspectives. 

Prior to becoming a coach, Paul spent 20 years in the technology and construction industries, with a focus on business development. His experience with construction specifically pushed him to constantly think outside of the box and seek better ways to get results. Whether looking for ways to improve customer efficiencies and processes, training sales teams or leading a team to reach their goals, Paul is a believer in leading by example and always learning and growing. 

In Paul’s words, “To this day, I thrive when facing a problem that challenges me. What may be a source of stress for others, is a perfect opportunity for me to pivot and change things. And I’m still excited when I get to create my own innovative solution and see the results. This is precisely what motivates me: solving a business need, improving a process, redirecting an approach, educating someone, and seeing the lightbulb go off. When I was a software trainer, that was my favorite part: seeing them “get it.” I love working with creative teams, brainstorming, and driving tangible results.”
