Frank attended San Antonio College for business and finance management while obtaining certifications in human resources and management. This expertise gave Frank a powerful ability to maintain high productivity levels while leading and developing numerous team members, including department heads.
Since the beginning of his career, Frank has consistently led teams up to 250 employees to success in multiple aspects, from achieving record sales and refined budgeting to overall increased revenue. Notably, he played a vital role in launching an app that serves over 300,000 members and continues to act as a streamline of high revenue.

He has lived in several cities nationwide and spent extended time in even more as he taught in in-house company training and served as a task ambassador. Frank currently resides in Austin, Texas. During his downtime there is nothing that fuels him more than spending time with family and friends, embracing nature, and living a healthy, active lifestyle. Some of his most creative visions are realized while running outdoors, as he is a firm believer in having a positive mindset to make dreams come true.
