With more than 17 years of experience in professional services business development, spanning pre-sales, sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and leadership, Erin Becerra is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach who brings both real-world expertise and a teacher’s heart to her work.
Erin began her career as a French teacher and mentor to new educators, a foundation that shaped her lifelong passion for coaching and helping others reach their potential. She carried that passion into the world of business development, where she spent over a decade at Ernst & Young partnering with executive leaders to win complex, multi-million-dollar deals and build lasting client relationships. Her strategic contributions helped generate $443 million in pipeline and $106 million in closed sales in a single year, and she was part of the team honored with a Distinguished Supplier Award from a Fortune 500 client, the only Big Four firm to receive the recognition.
Known for her warm, empathetic, and values-driven coaching style, Erin is passionate about helping sales professionals and leaders reconnect with their own core values and deeply understand their clients’ priorities. This “servant selling” approach, a natural extension of servant leadership, helps bridge the gap between strategy, execution, and results.
One of her most meaningful successes came when she coached a sales leader to rebuild trust with a key client, ultimately saving a recurring revenue stream that was at risk.

Erin lives in Southern California with her husband and two children. She loves cheering on her son at water polo and baseball games and her daughter at dance recitals and theater performances. In her rare quiet moments, you’ll find her outside on a walk or run with great music in her ears, reading a book she can’t put down, or reflecting with a journal and pen.
