As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Donna is a highly motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and an attitude of gratitude. For the past 20 years, she has managed some of the most distinguished brokers in the industry in real estate and mortgage.

Prior to becoming a coach, Donna received top sales awards such as Rookie of the Year, the Top Producer Award, Manager of the Year Award, and she has consistently ranked in the top 5% in annual sales production. She has a magnitude of accomplishments under her belt, but her true success is motivating and inspiring people to be their very best by encouraging others to create a life worth living with clarity, confidence and courage.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys the beach, playing pickle ball, hiking, concerts, and football. She has two grown children. Her daughter is a licensed realtor in La Jolla, CA, and her son Dawson is just entering college. Her greatest enjoyment is watching her son Dawson play tennis. Donna diligently works to support causes that she believes in, through organizations who care for the elderly with dementia, women in crisis pregnancy, and involvement with her local church.
