Daniel is a practitioner of servant leadership and has been a top producer in sales and recruiting throughout his career. Today, as an Elite Certified Professional Sales and Leadership Coach and Team Leader with Southwestern Consulting, Daniel works with sales organizations on the techniques and principles that help develop servant leaders and take sales teams to the next level.

Daniel has consistently been a top 5% producer in every arena. He has recruited and trained top teams. He has cold called and knocked on over 25,000 doors. He helped develop bilingual mortgage programs for a Fortune 500 company and has ran an organization of over 60 salespeople while still selling, developing and training his team as well. He is an experienced speaker and an expert on time

management and generating a referral-based business. As a certified coach and a nominee for Southwestern Consulting’s Coach of the Year, Daniel has consistently partnered with professionals in multiple industries and coached them to the best year of their careers.

Daniel holds a degree in youth development from the University of Missouri and has also spent time in in fundraising, teaching music, and working with veterans in the mortgage industry. Daniel lives in Columbia, Missouri, with his wife, their two kids Jonah and Josie and their two dogs. When he is not serving his clients, Daniel loves to be outside and is an accomplished Ultra Endurance athlete as well.
