As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Danella is driven by her servant’s heart and desire to help others elevate their lives. She uses consultative and strategic approaches to guide clients to achieve their personal and professional goals.
With a rich background in sales, Danella has years of first-hand experience mentoring sales professionals and guiding them through the intricacies of the sales process. She believes that being part of people’s journeys as they reach new milestones in their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Danella’s own career journey is a testament to her resilience and determination. After leaving the security of a corporate paycheck, she jumped into the 100% commission world of real estate while raising three young children as a single mother. Her determination, all-in attitude, and refusal to quit allowed her to become a multi-six-figure earner, showing her ability to grow by stepping outside her comfort zone.
Committed to personal growth, Danella believes that emotional intelligence and the willingness to push boundaries are key to deepening relationships and serving others at the highest level. Her coaching philosophy is built on four pillars: transparent communication, accountability, adaptability, and removing past self-limiting beliefs.
Outside of her professional life, Danella enjoys spending time with her husband, Paulo, and their blended family of six children, along with their two cats and dog. When she’s not working, Danella loves playing trivia, attending live concerts and musicals (especially on Broadway), hosting friends and family, and exploring new places and cultures, especially abroad.
