Meet Charles Hauser
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach, Charlie has over 14 years of sales experience. He has forged his leadership skills through his years in sales, time in the military, and through pouring into those around him. What makes Charlie unique is when he says he’s going to do something, you can count on it.
As a U.S. Army veteran, Charlie served 14 years in the Minnesota Army National Guard as an infantryman. He was deployed twice overseas and held numerous leadership positions. Because of his extraordinary achievements, leadership skills, and work ethic, he was one of three people in his unit chosen to go to Norway to train with the Norwegian military. During his tenure, he received numerous awards and commendations which include but are not limited to: Commendation medals, Professional Leadership Development Course completion, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course completion. When he saw it, he went after it.
Charlie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement from Minnesota State Mankato. He also went on to earn a master’s degree in security management, showing his dedication to being a life-long learner and a true student of the game. Through his training and education, he helped design, enhance, and implement an enforcement program still used today.
Through his time in sales, he operated in the energy industry where he worked closely with and closed a deal with one of the largest private companies in the world and the largest non-public company in the U.S. He was also the point person for the the company’s green program for one of the largest hotel groups in the country, engaging with over 5,000 franchisees. This provided Charlie the opportunity to move from the north and to Atlanta to take on a more active role with sales leadership and develop additional skills for the betterment of the company. While this was a fantastic transition, Charlie’s true calling was further south near the beach, where his company allowed him to work independently from an office setting.
After settling in Florida, Charlie worked in government sales. He traveled to military bases and government facilities developing relationships and working closely with officials on high security data destruction. During his career and self-reflection, he wanted to hone his skills and better himself. He decided he wanted to be a coach to fulfill his passion to help others reach their full potential and break down their belief barriers.
Charlie currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. In his spare time, he plays amateur baseball and “old timers” hockey. He is also an avid workout enthusiast continuously working on himself and pushing the limits. He has played all over the country, was part of a national championship men’s fast-pitch softball team, and thoroughly enjoys competition.
When he isn’t helping people reach their true potential, he is playing sports, relaxing at the beach, or basking in the Florida sun!
