Meet Carly Michaelis
Carly is a charismatic Sales and Leadership Coach dedicated to clear and consistent mentorship rooted in first-class business practices. She has broken national sales records, pioneered profitable marketing and sales programs, and driven share and profit increases. Carly has expertise in sales, recruiting, lead gen, referrals, training and managing teams, coaching mindset and productivity, and elevating company culture.
Carly graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from Bradley University. While attending school, Carly worked as a sales representative at Vector Marketing/Cutco. During her school breaks alone, she sold $390,000 and broke the all-time student sales record. She was the top field trainer in her office, where they subsequently shattered the coveted $2 million milestone. During her junior summer of college, she was promoted to branch manager, where she learned leadership, mental fortitude, and perseverance.
Carly loved being a sales representative and a manager equally, so she decided to accept the promotion to division manager shortly after graduation. She was excited to teach others how to succeed in sales and promote them to become top-producing managers. She discovered a true passion and talent for training, developing, and coaching.

- Awarded President’s Banquet and Rolex Club for surpassing $1 million in annual New Business and Total Business Sales.
- Awarded Silver Cup for four years in a row for achieving #1 in total annual sales out of 500 offices.
- Increased rep average order size by 150% as a District Office Manager.
- Pioneered the online and B2B sales and marketing programs at a new startup, generating 70% of the company’s total sales.
Carly is a true powerhouse wherever she works, developing and inspiring team members to become the best versions of themselves while succeeding at levels that they never thought possible. Carly currently resides between New Jersey and Miami, FL. After living in the Midwest, South, and West Coast, she is now a self-proclaimed, “East Coast girl.” She is a fierce competitor but does so with a smile, and she chooses to channel that energy into running and adult sports leagues. She is a world traveler and social butterfly, but nothing fulfills her more than helping others succeed in life.
