As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Bruce has more than 13 years of proven sales performance and leadership experience in B2B sales. Throughout his career, he has been a consistent top producer with expertise in lead generation, prospecting, account acquisition, and the art of follow-up. His skills have propelled his professional career and given him the ability to help others do the same.
As a coach, Bruce has a never-ending commitment to empower his clients to “embrace the suck,” improve their processes, and blaze their own path to success by pushing past their own self-limiting beliefs. Bruce’s professional journey began while cold-calling businesses at 100 outbound dials a day. Once he came to embrace his propensity for sales, he fully committed and never looked back. Learning early on to commit to the difficult, his principles would provide opportunities in both sales and in life, always motivating him to achieve more.

As a sales and leadership coach for Southwestern, Bruce believes we are more than just teachers of sales expertise, we are practitioners first and coaches second – meaning we aren’t just asking people to do it, we are actively doing it ourselves. He dedicates his time as a coach to helping business owners, managers, and sales producers get results not only from themselves, but from their teams and the people around them.
With a degree in business management, Bruce’s main goal is to help you achieve the goals you want to achieve by holding you accountable, using the time-tested tools and curriculum from Southwestern as well as key books and resources, all the while providing needed motivation and inspiration.
Bruce lives in Independence, Kentucky, with his wife and two children. They enjoy spending free time at their farm where they escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
