About Billie Jo
Billie Jo has been in sales her whole life. Prior to becoming a Sales and Leadership Coach for Southwestern Consulting, Billie Jo worked in many different industries, including insurance, financial services, pharmaceuticals, marketing, and advertising. She has found that there is one thing that rings true across every platform: To find long-term, sustainable success in the sales world, you must have a vision for something bigger than yourself—and the passion and conviction to see it come to fruition.
Billie Jo loves helping people find, understand, and master that fact. Some of her professional accomplishments include:
- Three-time “I Dare You” winner for recruiting and team production
- Hiring, training, managing, and motivating new sales teams, helping them generate $1 million per year in new business during their first year
Billie Jo received her master’s degree in strategic communication from the University of Missouri. Since then, every step she’s taken in her career has been people-centered. She’s drawn to the heart and hustle of the sales environment and even more to the people that atmosphere attracts. Her ultimate goal is to help people lock in to their own potential and exceed the things they thought were possible through systems mastery, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to finding a way.
Billie Jo is a hard-work enthusiast, but believes balance is the key to keeping it all sustainable. She finds her own balance in music, travel, and a little bit of adventure in everything she does.
